Privacy Policy

Last updated: this policy applies to the free instant gutter estimate tool operated by Instant Gutter Quote ("we," "us").

What we collect

When you use the estimate tool, we collect the property address you enter, the estimate our tool generates for it, your answers to the short questions (what you want priced, condition, timing), and the contact details you submit — your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address.

How we use it

We use this information to generate your estimate, to contact you about scheduling a free in-person measurement and exact quote, and to provide the gutter services you ask about. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

By submitting your phone number, you agree that Instant Gutter Quote may call or text you about your estimate and quote, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us to stop when we call.

Who we share it with

Your information is used by Instant Gutter Quote and the service providers that help us operate this tool (for example, mapping and measurement services, our scheduling/CRM software, and hosting). We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Property imagery

The satellite/aerial image shown for your address comes from third-party mapping providers (such as Google) and is used only to display and measure the roof for your estimate.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal requirements. To ask what we have, correct it, or delete it, contact us using the details below.
